England secure the bronze medal

England came out victorious in the match for the bronze medal against Portugal in Bled, Slovenia today. Paul Ashwell reports:

Saturday 12th July; European Boys 3rd Place Play Off
England v Portugal
This afternoon Darren Renwick holed a 4 foot birdie putt on the 17th hole to secure the Bronze Medal for England. The day began well with victory in both of the morning foursomes and early singles victories for Tommy Fleetwood and Darren got us over the winning line. The final result was 5 – 2.

In the all Scandinavian final Sweden defeated Norway.
